By using the platform, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before registering.

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to any person who accesses and uses the jj2d platform (https://jj2d.bio). By browsing the platform, registering an account, or participating in any game, you are considered to have agreed to the terms set out in this document.

jj2d is the digital gaming platform for Myanmar players, so this document is written in Burmese and prioritises users within Myanmar. Should any dispute arise, only the Burmese version is the official reference.

Section 1

General Terms

This Agreement applies to all services available on the jj2d platform — online casino, football betting, slots, 3D lottery, and esports betting.

Age Restriction

jj2d platform is only for users aged 21 and above. Age verification may be requested at registration and withdrawal. If underage use is found, the account will be closed immediately and the remaining balance will not be refunded.

State / Country Restrictions

If online gambling is prohibited by the laws of your region, using jj2d is entirely at the user's own risk. The platform takes no responsibility for any legal issues that may arise.

Language

This agreement is written in Burmese and the Burmese version is the only official reference.

Section 2

Account Registration

Each person may only register one account. If additional accounts are found, jj2d may close them without confirming whether they belong to family members, and the remaining balance may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

If the name, date of birth, or payment details provided at registration are found to be incorrect, jj2d may cancel winnings and suspend payments. Notify customer service immediately of any changes to personal information.

Account Security

  • Do not share your password with any third party.
  • Only use your own computer or mobile phone to play.
  • If you experience any threat or unauthorised access, contact the jj2d support team immediately.
  • All activity on your account is considered the sole responsibility of the account holder.
Section 3

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposits

Deposit methods available at jj2d are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks.

All deposits are processed through SSL-encrypted connections, so your funds are handled securely.

If a deposit fails, coordinate with your bank or payment service provider. For any incorrect deposits, report them via Live Chat within 24 hours.

Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks. Withdrawal processing time is normally 10–45 minutes. If your withdrawal takes longer, you may contact the support team.

  • Withdrawals are only processed using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals from accounts holding a bonus will only be processed once the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
  • If the deposit and withdrawal methods differ, jj2d has the right to carry out verification checks.
  • Withdrawals to a bank account or payment system not in your own name will not be accepted.

Non-Monetary Compensation

jj2d will not refund money lost during gameplay — gambling involves chance and skill and cannot be reversed like a commercial transaction.

Section 4

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

The jj2d welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. For example —

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks.
  • Deposit 420,000 Ks → receive a bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 620,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks.

If you withdraw before the wagering requirement is complete, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled — so complete the requirement before withdrawing.

Bonus Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement is calculated using bonus amount × 15 only. The deposit amount is not included. Every bet placed with bonus funds counts toward meeting this requirement.

Bonus Restrictions

  • Each person may receive the welcome bonus once only.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash directly — they can only become withdrawable cash through gameplay.
  • The game types eligible for bonus use may be restricted according to jj2d's terms.
  • Do not combine bonus funds across accounts without approval from the support team.
Section 5

Fair Play Rules

Players may only withdraw winnings from any game after jj2d's verification process has been completed.

Unstable Software

If a game is interrupted due to a server error, power outage, or internet disconnection—

  • If it occurs before the display time set by the game rules, the stake will be refunded.
  • If it occurs after the game has ended, only the server records will be used as reference.

If a game error occurs

jj2d may void any incorrect payouts caused by technical errors and has the right to correct the records.

Football Betting

If a match is suspended, jj2d will act according to its Void/Settlement Policy. Please read the rules shown on the software screen in advance for terms related to football matches.

Section 6

Fair Play

To maintain a fair playing field for all players, jj2d strictly enforces the following—

  • Bot / Automation : The use of software, bots, or scripts that automate gameplay is strictly prohibited.
  • Arbitrage Betting : Betting methods calculated to guarantee a profit by exploiting bonuses are prohibited.
  • Collusion : Any conduct where players work together to share winnings is prohibited.
  • Money Laundering : Using the platform to conceal illegal funds is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant legal authorities.

If any of these actions are detected, jj2d will void the winnings on those accounts, close the accounts, and will not return any remaining balance.

Section 7

Security and Protection

jj2d protects players' personal and financial information with SSL encryption, so all communications on the platform are secure and trustworthy.

KYC Verification

jj2d may at any time request a copy of a player's ID card and payment verification documents to confirm their identity (KYC — Know Your Customer). Withdrawals from players who have not completed verification may be put on hold.

Unauthorized Access Warning

If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, contact jj2d customer support immediately and change your password. Do not ignore phishing messages claiming to be from the platform and asking for your password.

Section 8

Account Closure

jj2d has the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases—

  • If any term of this agreement is violated
  • If there is clear evidence of money laundering or fraud
  • If the use of bot/automation software is detected
  • If cooperation with KYC verification is refused
  • If incorrect personal information has been provided
  • If bonus abuse is suspected

To appeal an action, contact [email protected] within 14 days. jj2d's decision is final.

Voluntary Closure

If a player wishes to close their own account, they may request this through the Live Chat support. Please note that if the account is closed before a bonus is completed, the bonus amount may be forfeited.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

jj2d is not responsible for any loss or damage in the following cases—

  • Internet connection failure on the player's end
  • Losses caused by third-party software or computer viruses
  • Delays caused by incorrect payment information provided by the player
  • Losses caused by third-party access that is not the player
  • Losses resulting from access and play from a country or region where it is legally prohibited

jj2d's maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the player's account balance at the time the incident occurred.

Changes to Terms

jj2d has the right to amend this agreement at any time. If changes are made, the "Last Updated" date on this page will be updated, so please check back regularly.

Please note that continuing to use the platform after any changes means you accept the updated agreement.
